4th of July Parking

The July 4 holiday will bring some serious parking congestion to the Watermark. We need your cooperation to minimize the problem.

• Park your vehicle in your assigned garage… to open up the maximum # of spots for visitors
• Advise your visitors to anticipate our overflow and plan to park on the beach or at the seaside park next door if no spots are available here.
• Encourage your visitors to carpool whenever possible.
• All vehicles in the Watermark parking lot must have a parking pass, or will be towed.
• Anyone parking on the precious few grassy areas on which people may park must also have a visible parking pass displayed, or will be towed. Additionally, anyone parking on the grass will be expected to use care pulling in and pulling out to avoid damaging the turf.
• Please help us monitor all our parking areas to ensure they are being used only by Watermark guests.
