Welcome note to renters

When you vacation at a condominium — unlike a hotel – you are enjoying all the comforts of someone else’s vacation home. Our owners truly hope you enjoy your stay… so much so that you’ll return. They also ask for your assistance in making several housekeeping items a priority during your stay.

√ Upon arrival, please childproof the interior, putting out of reach anything that could become a hazard to children or easily broken by little hands.

√ If anything is not working as it should, let us know as soon as you discover it (rather than at check-out) so that we may schedule a prompt repair.

√ Smoking is not allowed inside any rental. Many owners do not allow smoking on balcony (look for small sign). If you must smoke, close balcony doors tightly.

√ Accidents happen — If anything is damaged, let us know right away so we can notify the owner that an item will need to be repaired or replaced.

√ Guests using suntan lotions or oils should rinse off any residue before sitting on upholstered furniture.

√ Protect your valuables and the owner’s by locking the door when unit is unoccupied.

√ Taking owner-provided items from your unit elsewhere on the property and leaving them there makes it nearly impossible for the owner to retrieve them. Please make certain any tableware, glassware, towels, linens, books and anything else that you find among your unit’s contents are returned to their home unit.

√ Before departure, please leave the condo unit as you found it, with dishes cleaned and put back in place and no more than two loads of bedding for the cleaning lady to wash.
