Room-by-Room Deep Cleaning Checklist

This is the list of tasks included in the Fall Deep Cleaning that is required annually of all Watermark rental units. These cleanings should be done in the October-December timeframe during the off-season, but in all cases must be completed prior to the arrival of winter tenants. This year’s deep cleanings will be done by outside service.
2-Bedroom Standard $342 / 2-BR Deluxe – $392.50 / 3-BR — $445.75

Owners may opt to use other services or do the deep cleaning themselves — but no matter who does them, the office must be made aware of your deep cleaning timetable so that a final inspection can be scheduled to ensure that the checklist items have been addressed and units are ready for winter tenants.
