Why we like it here | Sharon and I have been coming to New Smyrna Beach as often as possible since 1972 with most of our stay next door at Holiday Cove North. We have owned a unit there, with the exception of one year, for 27+ years. With the nomadic lives our family lived, in 6 different communities while I was working, New Smyrna Beach became the common denominator for us, our home away from home. |

Why we like it here | I have been coming to NSB since my parents brought me here as a baby and to Watermark since it was built. We love NSB with it’s small town charm, shops, restaurants, many activities and its wonderful beach. And Watermark is a great condominium being located on the north beach with a short walk to Flagler, its well-maintained building and grounds, and great owners. |

Nancy and I acquired our unit after my aunt died in 2014. We very much like it here, the people we’ve met and convenient location. We hope to be able to spend more time in our unit in the future and may move here at some point. |
